Weighted pressure plates make incorrect sounds

In the new 1.19.3 snapshot, weighted pressure plates now make incorrectly-pitched sounds when pressed on and released. Pressure plates should play a higher pitch sound when pressed, and a lower pitch when let go of. However, weighted pressure plates play the same pitch regardless.
