Camels riding entities get permanently stuck in dash mode

Summoning a camel in a boat by using the command

/summon minecraft:boat ~ ~ ~ {Passengers:[{id:"minecraft:camel",SaddleItem:{id:"minecraft:saddle",Count:1b}}]}

and entering dash makes the camel permanently stuck in dash, It does get resolved by reopening the world.
