Villagers regularly don't close their doors

When I rang the bell in a village, the villagers will go into a building. But when one entered or exited, they didn't close the door. In other cases, they just simply enter a building and leave the door open. As you can see, the first picture was a villager entering a house. The second picture was the villager completely in the house with the door opened. This happened to me a couple times already.
