The recipe book doesn't detect items held by the mouse cursor

The Bug:

The recipe book doesn't detect items held by the mouse cursor.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Obtain a stack of oak planks and switch into survival mode.
2. Open your inventory and then open the recipe book.
3. Locate the crafting recipe for sticks and observe how the recipe book allows you to craft sticks as you have oak planks present within your inventory.
4. Now hold the oak planks with the mouse cursor.
5. Take note as to whether or not the recipe book detects items held by the mouse cursor.

Observed Behavior:

The recipe book doesn't detect items held by the mouse cursor.

Expected Behavior:

The recipe book would detect items held by the mouse cursor.
