Fly mode is disabled after teleporting from the End to the Overworld through the end portal

Summary:
If a creative player with flight mode enabled leaves End via the end portal, their flight mode will be disabled after teleporting to the Overworld. This does not happen when teleporting through a Nether portal or when teleporting from the Overworld to the End.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to End.
2. Turn on flight mode.
3. Leave the End through the end portal.

Observed results:
Flight mode will be disabled after teleporting to the Overworld.

Expected results:
