My axes are not working right

In all my modded minecraft worlds (farmer's delight, farmer's resprite, biomes o' plenty, some assembly required, blueprint, compat o' plenty, copper's delight, cultural delight, just enough items, mmlib, terra blender, nether's delight), none of the axe variants are working right

THE ACTUAL VERSION IS 1.18.2 BUT IT DOESN'T LET ME CHOOSE THIS VERSION FOR SOME REASON

What I expected to happen was...:

The axes to mine the logs at a normal speed (diamond faster than fist)

What actually happened was...:
When i mine logs with a diamond axe and my fist, both break the log at the same speed

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Craft any axe
2. Chop a log
3. compare the speed with breaking it with your fist
