F3 crosshair is off center

The bug

The crosshair used in F3 screen (the one with the 3 colored axis) is not centered properly on the game window, compared to the regular crosshair.

This can cause missclick when placing/breaking block when F3 is open.

The issue is more problematic on a big resolution screen.

How to reproduce

1. Play with a big enough resolution screen (1440p at least to notice the issue, 1080p is still visible but not that annoying)
2. Notice that when toggeling F3, the center of the F3 crosshair is not aligned with the regular one.
