Unknown plugins keeps resetting health to 20 when having extra health

Server is in 1.18.2 I just don't know why it won't let me choose previous versions

So I installed a bunch of plugins, including AureliumSkills which in this case the one who gave me extra health. I didn't pay much attention to the problem until I realized it's a huge problem for those who grinded for extra health. I don't know where this problem started that's why I put unknown plugin.
