Ingame bug: Spawnpoint in the middle of the sea

I created a new world in 1.19.1 and the spawnpoint was corrupted, could be either a bug when the game chooses spawn or a bug in the generation with this seed.

The seed is -532360803815586591.

I spawn in the sea but using F3 i can see the biome is desert.

After more investigation, i found that this desert biome is very small, about 4 chunks in size. Could be that the game took this micro biome as land and spawned me there.

I used mods and a third party launcher, but I've double checked through them and none of them change related game mechanics, at least not in spawn choosing and world generation.
