Goat horn instrument sounds are in the "record" category

Goat horn instrument sounds are in the incorrect category (record).

Steps to reproduce:

1. Mute every slider, check the sound and un-mute it
2. Do it with all sliders
3. The goat horn sound gets muted at Jukebox/Note Blocks

I don't know if intentional.
