Ancient Cities will always have a meadow biome above it

The Ancient City structure will always have a meadow biome above,
However, Meadow biomes will not always have an Ancient City or even the Deep Dark biome.
This also happens on bedrock too.

I'm not 100% sure this happens all the time but it has every time for me.
