visual glitch

I logged into the Hypixel server and, after doing some things, turned off the game. The server system threw me into AFK mode. I logged out of the server and logged into my world without an open host. The inscription on the screen remains and hangs without disappearing. Also, this inscription does not allow you to open Tab.
