Bug Minecraft REALMS

I bought the realms about 1 week ago. I hadn't really played well there yet. But I would like to be able to do a survival adventure with my friends, but I have a problem.

My realms disconnects me all the time, I would say that every 3 to 20 min, I am disconnected and with the message "Disconnect" and it happens that the server rollbacks and I lose my progress.

I put DATAPACKS and play with an optifine version (1.19_HD_U_H8).
