2 account on one client

I was testing something with 2 Minecraft accounts running vanilla and I made a lan server but I accidently joined a different server on my 2nd account then canceled joining really fast but also clicking on the lan and it joined with 2 accounts I also was using a VPN. It was on 1.12.2 but I cant change the thing.
