"Will be saved in World" is showing up when the world can't be created

The bug

the game says Will be saved in "World" when the world name is empty, but it is not, in fact the Create new world button is grayed out and cannot be pressed. Yet (according to Shuddery) it does not make sense that a single space " ", for example, can be saved as "World"  and a world can be created.
