First-person fire renders behind water

If a player is submerged in water whilst having the fire effect, the fire effect will appear behind the water.

Steps to Reproduce:

1) Create the setup shown like in the attachment

2) Stand in-between the lava and water, so the head is submerged whilst flames are being shown
