Entities spawn armor sound

What I expected to happen was...:
When entities spawn with armor, armor clink sound should not be played

What actually happened was...:
When entities spawn with armor, armor clink sound is playing

Steps to Reproduce:

Note: i used spawner because its impossible to hear armor sound from entities at normal spawning
1. Set your difficulty to "Normal" or "Hard"
2. Place a zombie spawner
3. Wait some time
