Error error with the opening of the game

I had problems entering minecraft, it appears that it does not respond and the following code appears when I close the game: Process crashed with exit code -805306369
and the error platform openjdk binary is not responding
If you can help me I would really appreciate it, thanks
(this problem only happens with the java version, in the bedrock version I can play)
