Entity bug when they are on a ship and then the ship is removed.

Hello, I have an SMP server, with some friends and cousins. What happens is that lately they have been telling me about an error with some entities. They tell me that when they transport entities, such as a panda, parrot, polar bear, etc. Just when they arrive at the destination they remove the ship and it disappears. And I haven't found any explanation for that...
