I attempted to get ubove the bedrock roof but i got trapped in the bedrock and suffocated

So i will assume you read the top text and understand the general idea. after i died i return to the scene in much less than five minutes and my stuff was gone along with all my ep and every thing. during the situation i tried eating a chorus fruit in hopes that it would take me to safety but alas i was still trapped in the block.
