HELP! I try to play and it just says not responding and exit code -805306369

what does exit code -805306369 mean I press play and it says not responding and I close out of it and it brings me to the launcher and say exit code -805306369 if you could fix it that would be nice. Also, sometimes I can't open the Minecraft launcher unless I reset it or uninstall it.
