Resolved bug MC-163767 reintroduced in 1.19

Zombified villagers exit minecarts when cured causing them to sink into the ground.

The bug was initially resolved in 1.16.2 Pre Release 1 and I've confirmed it as fixed in 1.18.2. It appears to have been reintroduced in 1.19.
