Chat preview warning screen is forcibly closed when a server resource pack fails to apply

The bug

When a server with chat preview enables requires the client to use a server-designated resource pack, and the resource pack provided is not valid, the client first attempts to download the pack. However, when it is downloaded and the client attempts to apply the pack, it presents the player with a warning screen, bypassing the chat preview warning screen. The chat preview warning screen is not presented to the player again when they click "Proceed."

How to reproduce

1. Start a server with a required invalid resource pack and previews-chat set to true
2. Create a server profile with Server Resource Packs set to Enabled
3. Join the server using the profile
   Soon after the chat preview warning screen is presented, the failed resource pack application screen will appear, skipping the chat preview warning screen
