Can't register my new account

Hey, so I've been trying to register a new account for a few days now, but when I get to the stage where I can set my in-game username, no matter what I enter I cannot create the account.

I've tried using a hotspot instead of my normal router and I've tried using vpns but nothing seems to work.

In the Network section of Chrome's dev tools I can see "403" being returned from "api.minecraftservices.com/minecraft/profile" every time I click on the button to set my profile name, which is why I don't think this is a problem on my end anymore.

Please fix this soon so I can play the game
