When loading into a world, occasionally , The play area is at the bottom left with only the hotbar visible

This has only happened once to me but I booted up Minecraft Java Edition and I went into a world and it loads fine until you get in the world and the play area is limited down to the bottom left hand side of the screen and you can only see the HUD
