Skulk Sensor doesn't activate from Brewing Stand Bubbles sound

I was attempting to develop an automatic brewing system which uses a skulk sensor to signal the end of a brewing cycle by detecting the "Brewing Stand bubbles" sound (As shown by accessibility subtitles). However, the skulk sensor does not seem to detect this sound which seems like a bug to me.
