the game keeps crashing while loading up

What I expected to happen was...:
it would finish loading or booting and i could play

What actually happened was...:
the game crashes " inconveniently " every single time i don't even make it onto the home screen

Steps to Reproduce:
1. i sign in
2. it starts to boot
3. it finishes loading the libraries and whatever and then it crashes
