Red Sand Doesnt Work to Make Concrete

What I expected to happen was...:
I expected to happen was to be able to use red sand to make concrete since, it has all the same uses as sand.

What actually happened was...:
What actually happened was that it didn't craft into concrete powder

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Craft Concrete Powder with Sand

2. Craft Concrete Powder with Red Sand

3. Not Understand why it doesnt work
