Barrier can not show the texture

Barrier can not show the texture.

What I expected to happen was...:
When I hold the barrier in creative mode, the barrier block can show the texture.

What actually happened was...:
The barrier block can not show the texture like in the survival mode.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Just hold the barrier in creative mode and put one on the ground.

2. Then the barrier on the ground cannot show the texture.
