Minecraft suddenly crashing and bluescreening

Minecraft suddenly started crashing randomly, but every time.
It happens at the loading screen, at the title screen, at world loading or in the middle of playing.

It also bluescreened the system under Windows 10, but after formatting my drive and installing windows 11, it mostly stopped bluescreening (i'd say it happens every 15th time now).

console error says something about "EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION" in java.

hope this helps resolve this, it might be a one time thing tho.
