Unable To Update MC Native Laucher

So not to waste or annoy anyone who is has taken time to help me. I have had this really annoying mc bug for 4 days now and trust me I have tried a lot of things:

 

Restarting Pc

Uninstalling mc launcher and reinstalling

going to mc launcher and repairing it

going to control panel and repairing it there then restarting pc

uninstalling mc launcher from the control panel and reinstalling it

installing mc launcher from Mojang

removing the mods from Mc

 

So I really honestly don't know or understand what to do and how to fix it I really want to play this game again before I lose interest.
