The Bug:
You cannot click and drag the mouse cursor to highlight text within several UIs.
You are able to do this in some UIs but not in others, therefore introducing an inconsistency.
Affected UIs:
Before reading the table, please note that there could be more UIs affected by this issue that aren't listed below.

Steps to Reproduce:
- Type or locate any editable text within any of the affected UIs as listed above.
- Try to click and drag the mouse cursor over the text in an attempt to highlight it.
- Take note as to whether or not you can click and drag the mouse cursor to highlight text within several UIs.
Observed Behavior:
You cannot click and drag the mouse cursor to highlight text within several UIs.
Expected Behavior:
You would be able to click and drag the mouse cursor to highlight text within all UIs.
