Raid captain's banner misplacement and the pole is too short(Raid captain)

In Minecraft Bedrock edition and Minecraft Dungeons, the ominous banners equip on raid captains’ chestplate slot. In Java editions, the ominous banners equip on raid captains’ helmet slot, and the banner pole is too short.
