Java Runtime Error for 1.13 - 1.18.2

Hallo, so after the release of 1.19, the launcher does not let me launch the versions from 1.13 to 1.18.2. when i try launch the game from those versions, it shows a error message :

ERROR

Launching the game failed!

Failed to download file.
Error details: Couldn't select a valid version of the Java runtime to download.

 

the above is the Error(which is also displayed in the attachments), i must also say i use mac, and specificly the new one with cpu M1 Air

please help as fast as possible,
