Resource reload failed

When I load my texture pack, it loads showing the Mojang Studios logo as I put in the texture pack then just shows the Resource reload failed icon on the top right, not putting the texture pack on. I tried everything, I tried it unzipped, and when it's zipped, it doesn't even show. image-2022-07-11-22-19-10-406.png
