Terrain generates wrong in one biome worlds

When I load one biome worlds, the generating is weird. It's just grass fields and mountains with some oceans. There are no trees or grass, just basic terrain. I tried a lot of biomes, but the only one that worked was the void.    Edit: I tried it in an ocean world, and it generated a plains biome with an ocean ruin. I looked in F3 and it said the biome was ocean. Edit 2: I tried in the end biome and this was the spawn. (Sorry for the low quality images I have no idea of how to do this)
