Lost license after account migration

I migrated from Mojang account to Microsoft. After I deleted the game for a while, but then downloaded it. I wanted to go back to my license, but it wasn't there. There was a message: "Demo game". I logged into the account several times, downloaded different versions of the launcher, logged into the account in the Xbox GameBar and on the minecraft site itself. Help me please.
P.S. I live in Russia, but my friends after migration can play on their licenses.
