World Unable to Load

not sure if this counts as a bug, but it is a issue: if you log out in spectator mode, not in the spawn chunks, and with gamerule spectatorsGenerateChunks set to false, you are unable to log onto the world and it is effectively lost (I haven't had any success with backups)
