today when i opened minecraft from normal launcher my minecraft did not have the same logo and no sound was working when i went to the resoursepack it said missing pack.mcmeta

i don't have my pack.mcmeta of 1.8.9 i guess pls help me i guess it got deleted
I HAVE WRITTEN AFFECTS VERSION AS 1.19 BECUASE THERE IS NO OPTION AS 1.8.9 THIS IS A 1.8.9 VERSION BUG
