1.19 bug with chunk loading

Every time i quit the world in a unloaded chunk, i cannot log back into the world without a loading terrain loop. (I do have Sodium, Phosprous, Lithium, and Xaero Minimap mod installed)

DOESNT WORK EVEN WITHOUT MODS
