Panorama Screen spins rapidly after "Out of Memory" notice

The panorama in the title screen starts spinning at rapid unnatural speeds after an "Out of Memory" error/notice appears.

I was experimenting around with datapacks, but I was notified that I ran out of memory. When I returned to the title screen, the panorama started spinning around at rapid speeds.
