Minecarts can have infinite constant speed

Expected Behavior

Minecarts would separate and lose speed over time

Current Behavior

Two colliding hitboxes minecarts can push and pull each other causing infinite constant speed

Possible Solution

Never pull minecarts of the same direction

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have two minecarts collide hitbox perfectly so they push/pull each other. See video attached for a more straightforward reproduction
