Minecraft Launcher Exit code 1

What I expected to happen was...:
I made a new installation, and clicked play, expecting to open Minecraft and play.

What actually happened was...:
Open Minecraft Launcher and click play (any version) and get the exit code 1 after the game instantly crashes

Hard to explain, but I believe the reason it does this error is because my computers doesn't have a Minecraft launcher folder. Also I used to use Lunar Client, and many times the staff said to delete the jre, offline and other folders to fix crashes.
