Played yesterday and suddenly theres no connection and i can only play demo

As written above, i played minecraft yesterday and today when i started the launcher it says PLAY DEMO. Under settings-accounts it says i have no connection. The whole Launcher seems to be in an offline mode. Even if i try to login to minecraft.net with my microsoft account, it says Oops! We could not validate your access, please try to login again. Please help. I tried reinstalling it, login and logout on every xbox app.
