piston does not reatract when being powered via quasi-connectivity

The Bug

as shown in the video, the left double piston extender seems to not reatract after the signal goes off. but if the button's location is changed, they both function as normal.

How To Reproduce

making a "redstone ready" superflat world in 1.18.1 with the seed, moving to the coordinates and making the machine, the left double piston extender does not reatract.

Notes

not sure why, but the site didn't allow me to mark 1.18.1 which is the actual version this bug accured in.

i didn't test this bug in newer/older versions and it might be intentionaly/unintentionaly patched.

i did have a few performance improvement mods such as sodium. not sure if that could affect it.
