Parity issue: Mining with Silk Touch don't will keep the amount of charges in Java.

The Bug
In the Bedrock Edition release mining with Silk Touch will keep the amount of charges in Respawn Anchor. But not in the Java version.

Edit: I noticed that a fully charged Respawn Anchor glows in the hands and in the form of a drop block.
