Account bug

I have already wrote to the support, but I didn't quite get the answer I was looking for.

My Java minecraft account CookieMedSprus, haven't been able to be played on. When I try logging in with microsoft after I migrated it, it says "Play Demo".

I have made a lot of research, still unable to find out how to fix this bug.
