Oh Shiny Advancement is obtainable with a looting 3 sword and killing an enderman in nether.
glitch happens when an enderman is killed with looting 3 sword and dropping 3 or more ender pearls so the game glitches and thinks that you traded 3 ender pearls with a piglin and gives you Oh shiny Advancement.
