Texture culling with Mangrove Roots

What I expected to happen was...:
The root texture appearing infront of the block's texture

What actually happened was...:
Texture culling between the root texture and the block next to it

Steps to Reproduce:
1. place a root block anywhere
2. place a block next to it
3. see the texture culling between the blcoks
