Villagers do not sleep at my map, but the bed shows "occupied"

What I expected to happen was...:
the villagers sleeping normally.

What actually happened was...:
the villagers are with the green particles shining, and they stand up all night; although the bed, when I interact, does not let me sleep on it, showing that "the bed is occupied". 

Steps to Reproduce:
-Create a house using a structure block (but it happens with all the houses of my save), and spawn a villager in it, or wait 'till he enters;

-Wait until night.
